Responsibility of Drinking
I think that students are 75% responsible for the amount of drinking that goes on and around there college. Students have the option at every party of drinking, wheather you bring it yourself or you get offers from friends or the party serves it to you. Drinking, however, can be avoided. If you want to avoid drinking, just don't go to the party or go to the party and don't drink its as simple as that. Some people who do not drink go to parties because there friends are going and they don't want to be left out of things. Those people most likely get pressured into drinking by there friends or party members because people love to pressure those who don't drink into drinking. Some people don't like to drink but they do anyways to fit in with crowd and not be the only sober one. Students are 100% in control of there own drinking habits but there not responsible for others. The drinking around campus's is out of control for every campus around America. Whatever college you go to, you will find at least one group of students who drink reguarly either on the weekends or just all the time. This is inevitable because college students love to party. When I am at parties, I make sure I know my limits and I am always with a group of friends. If students knew there limits and did not make as stupid choices while intoxicated the campus's wouldnt have major problems like these.

Colleges would always try to find ways to reinforce the alcohol abuse in campus, but no matter what students would always find access to alcohol. Colleges would be better off if they would keep students inform and aware of alcohol abuse, it could possible save a life and students would be more self conscious. I believe we are old enough to know what is wrong and right and most important what are our limits. Im glad you know your limits and smart enough to not follow others.I also agree that we have 100 percent control over our body and if we are responsible the school would not have to deal with problems that can be avoided. No matter if students went to parties or not there will always be alcohol and there will always be peer pressure, it all depends on the student on what he or she is going to do. I also feel like you should acknowledge that there are people out there that do have the self control to not fall into peer pressure.
